I'm Aniket Kshirsagar, a Senior Site Reliability Engineer based in Pune, India, working with organizations across cosmetics, HR-tech, automotive and enterprise software. Over 8+ years I've led SRE and DevOps transformations for teams that can't afford downtime.
My work sits at the intersection of infrastructure and process: designing cloud architecture with Terraform, building CI/CD pipelines that ship safely, wiring up observability so incidents get caught before customers notice, and leading teams through it all.
